Resort World Sentosa (RWS) program cards - from 1 Mar 2010 onwards

Starting from 1 Mar 2010, RWS gaming will be issuing Program Cards to tour groups, which can be tagged to travel agent’s name. There are two purposes to issuing Program Cards.

1. To guests, the program card is used to “clock” points. Guests can transfer the points to their personal RWS membership cards (upon registration at Membership Counter) to redeem the points e.g. meals, gifts, concert tickets, privileges etc
2. To travel agents, the program cards are used to calculate guests’ spend on gaming for RWS to pay out incentives to TA.
