With immediate effect, Hotel Grand Chancellor Podium Block guests will be using the tower block lobby lifts to level 4 and walk across the link bridge to their room.
The Podium Block lifts will operate from level 2 to level 5 only and will not stop at level 1 as the glass door is closed permanently.
