How does ATAC work for you?
REGISTER

ATE would help register your organization on the ATAC system.

• There is no basic registration fee, and it allows you access to information and real time availability of our entire inventory.

• You can complete your transactions either by using your credit card or follow the method of payment which you are currently following with ATE India via our regional office.

• If however, you wish to have access to direct transaction capability, you can pay a floating deposit of INR 50,000 (or multiples thereof).

• With the deposit, you can complete the purchase online or via our call center, and have access to customized promotions.

CUSTOMISE

ATE would help you with the customization for your own organizational needs, which would include;

– Creation of multiple USERS, with access levels.

– Setting up of sales margins (this is something which you can monitor and modify on your own and on a regular basis to ensure profitability of your own enterprise)

– Setting up of relevant reports for your organization to track it’s own transactions and profitability.

ATE would also undertake on-premises training for your staff for them to completely understand the User Interface of the ATAC. The staff would also have access to Mini ATAC user manual.

Subject to volumes, the confirmation vouchers can be customized to your organizations with logo insertions.

PROFIT

ATAC gives your team access to the entire inventory (Asia and worldwide), allowing them to search for deals and availability, without the need to call.

•  Pre-secured creditor usage of credit card, allows your team to secure reservations instantly OR they can call up the ATE India office and follow the current reservation process.

• The ATE India enables free mark-ups and a cut and pay payment policy.

• The payment can be made in S$ or and can either be on the pre-secured credit, cash payment at the ATE India offices, or deposits or transfers to our banks. You can also use our forex partners to do the payments to us.
