We would like to share with you that all FIT bookings at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, the hotel will require a deposit for expense not covered by the guest.
It could be in a form of a credit card guarantee or deposit of S$100 per room per night. These are meant for potential miscellaneous charges such as minibar, telephone calls, room service and etc that can be purchased in the room.
It will be collected upon check in and if the amount is not utilized during their stay, it will be refunded upon check out from the hotel.
